The admissions season is an emotional roller-coaster for everyone at Loyola. While we are proud of the achievements of the outgoing batch, we feel bereft at not being able to see them everyday. At the same time, we eagerly await the arrival of new students because it heralds fresh hope.
Eligibility
| Minimum criteria for admissionTo successfully qualify for the evaluation processes and to then receive a degree after our full-time programs, students need to fall under the category, as stipulated by the Osmania University:
- Candidates who are willing to apply for B.Sc. Chemical Technology can apply through DOST only.
- Failed, Supplementary and candidates with less than 55% should not register for admission.
- MPC Students should not apply for B.Sc. (Hons) Agricultural Science & Rural Development.
- These rules may change from time to time as determined by the College and the University.

- MBA & MCA are AICTE Courses and students are selected through (TSICET) Entrance Exam.
- M.Sc. Organic Chemistry & Biotechnology Courses are OU Courses and student are selected through PGCET.
- M.Sc. Food Technology & Management admissions are made by the college through entrance test conducted by the college.
Admission Process for PG Courses :
01. MBA : Master of Business Administration:
The student should have passed recognized Bachelors Degree examination of minimum three years duration. The candidate has to qualify TSICET (Telangana State Integrated Common Entrance Test) for admission into MBA Course. The convenor will allot 70% of seats and 30% seats are filled by the management and approved by the TSCHE (Telangana State council of Higher Education) ICET not mandatory. As per the latest AICTE rules the student has to score minimum 50% of Marks (45% for the reserved categories). The course duration for MBA is 2 years with full time. As per the latest AICTE Approval Process Handbook 2019-20, eligibility criteria for admission into MBA courses is revised stipulating 50% (45% for reserved categories).
02. MCA : Master of Computer Application:
The student should have passed recognized Bachelors Degree examination of minimum three years duration with Mathematics at 10+2 level. The candidate has to qualify TSICET (Telangana State Integrated Common Entrance Test) for admission into MBA Course. The convenor will allot 70% of seats and 30% seats are filled by the management and approved by the TSCHE (Telangana State council of Higher Education) ICET not mandatory. The Course duration for MCA is three years. 03. M.Sc. Organic Chemistry :
The student should have passed recognized Bachelors Degree examination of minimum three years duration with Chemistry as main subject. The candidate has to qualify PGCET (Post Graduate Common Entrance Test) for admission into any M.Sc. Courses. The convenor will allot 70% of seats and 30% seats are filled by the management (PGCET not mandatory). The Candidate should score 50% marks in UG (40% for SC/ST Candidate). The duration of the course is Two Years.
04. M.Sc. Biotechnology :
The student should have passed recognized Bachelors Degree examination of minimum three years duration with Biotechnology and Chemistry as main subject for three Academic Years. The candidate has to qualify PGCET (Post Graduate Common Entrance Test) for admission into any M.Sc. Courses. The convenor will allot 70% of seats and 30% seats are filled by the management (PGCET not mandatory). The Candidate should score 50% marks in UG (40% for SC/ST Candidate). The duration of the course is Two Years.

07. M.Sc. Food Science & Nutrition
For all the above courses, the Candidate has to apply online Application for Admission and there will be a entrance test for the candidate, after qualifying the entrance test there will be a Interview along with Parents. The Final list will be selected by Management as per the Merit Marks Scored in Degree and Rank Scored in the Qualifying Entrance Test. The admission process is done by Management as per the OU Rules. The final student Approval list is approved by the Director, PG Admissions, OU. The Candidate should Score 50% of Marks in Degree. The duration of the course is Two Years.
